Yes. Our services are exclusively for seniors. Family members may help arrange a visit with the senior's agreement.
Yes. We can follow your list and budget, agree on substitutions, and return purchases with receipts.
We offer everyday, non-medical assistance. We do not provide nursing, medication administration, bathing, lifting, or emergency transport.
We discuss your destination and mobility needs first. Ride arrangements and accompaniment are confirmed before the visit. Direct driving is offered only when appropriate coverage and local requirements are in place.
Yes, with your permission. You choose who receives updates and what information we share.
Choose one, two, or three hours of support for shopping, errands, ride assistance, organizing, or companionship. Available Monday through Sunday, 6 a.m.–9 p.m., London time.
1 hour: $45 · 2 hours: $85 · 3 hours: $120 CAD, before applicable HST and agreed expenses.

No payment is taken when you request a visit. Anne Marie will confirm the plan, final cost, and payment arrangements after approval.
